    S2E11: Stand In Your MUCHNESS After a super activating activity in the current personal growth container I’m in, I was called to share this realization I had. I’ve been watering myself down, filtering myself, making myself smaller, quieter, LESS for the [perceived] comfort of others. I’m sure like many of you, I’ve quieted my laugh, filtered my opinion and toned down my passions so I’d avoid being TOO MUCH. So I’d take up less space, again, to make other people more comfortable. That ends today. I’m done making myself smaller, quieter, lesser. I’m here to stand in my space, to claim my space with confidence and own it. I’m here to stand in my MUCHNESS, to show that there is space for everyone. We don’t have to make ourselves smaller, quieter, lesser for the comfort of others. Us taking up space does not take away from other’s ability to take up space. You are perfect the way you are, in your rawness, your passion, your intensity. You are perfect the way you are, the space we take up is not taking away from others. Take up space. Stand in your MUCHNESS. I hope you enjoy this episode!     S2E5: I’m Doing Good, Even If No One Is Acknowledging It On today’s episode I talk about my recent struggles with feeling unappreciated; I’ve worked on not letting other’s negative opinions dictate my worth and confidence, but what about the lack of praise, acknowledgment and reassurance that I’m doing a good job? I’ve recently realized that my self worth and confidence comes from me, it shouldn’t be affected or dictate by the good or bad things someone else says, or doesn’t say. I also talk about how to recognize when other people energies are taking a toll on you, and what I do to release that. And finally, I speak about how proud I am of myself for not giving up and saying f*ck this when learning how to live with contacts get’s frustrating and difficult.
