Relatable and refreshing

Jess knows her stuff! She is so relatable and normalizes what so many of us are thinking/questioning/analyzing/debating, especially those of us in recovery. Really loved this last episode about people pleasing. Time to stop handing over those keys and start knowing who you are and what you need/want.

Relatable to all!

Jess is honest, funny and truly relatable. I love this show because she shows us that while we’re all dealing with our own traumas, issues and challenges - we’re all in it together and it helps to hear that. Take a listen and know your past, present and future are intertwined and every day is a day to get better.
