Mahnke’s shows are auditory art pieces. Classic, even-keeeled, composed. I have learned so much from these podcasts while simultaneously being thoroughly creeped out. Chad Lawson’s work is the icing on these perfect cakes! If Gothic was a podcast, it would be Lore et al - absolutely gorgeous work!

I’ve been looking for a new podcast to binge. I’ve taken a few for a test drive but the delivery or the host’s voice usually didn’t land. As soon as I saw Aaron’s name as the host, I knew I would love this one.

Hi, Aaron! 🙃 I’ve been listening to Lore since the beginning. Love the show but for some reason, for the past month or so, episodes are being clipped and end halfway through the last sponsor break. Not sure who needs to fix this but it’s the only thing from m giving this podcast a 5. It’s really a PITA.

Yeah hi I was listening to this and enjoying it until I got to hunger pains where you just continuously said the W word over and over again as if the cultures that believe in it don’t still exist. Like hi hello I’m ojibwe we don’t say the W word. Please. It’s dark out and I was listening to this out loud. Why would you do this.
