    Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ that we should be holy and without fault in His eyes.” Ephesians 4:11. You’re holy and without fault in Gods eyes!! You’re holy and without fault in His eyes, so you can the grave behind! Whatever represents the grave for you: thoughts that you’re not good enough, condemnation from sin and shame, or limitations of the past, because Christ died, defeated sin and death and left the grave behind, you too must leave the grave behind and walk in the newness of life that Christ purchased for you.

    Hey my Loves,  Welcome to another episode of Love Therapy!!  In this episode, the story begins with Galatians 5:21 which encourages… “stand firm therefore in the liberty which Christ has set you free and do not be entangled again by another yoke of bondage”.  If you ever find yourself feeling stuck, rolling back into the place of depression, anxiety, or sadness that you once upon a time came out of, you can walk in freedom again simply by remembering the Word that God has spoken to you. You can experience freedom forever by latching unto that word firmly and confessing it until it becomes your reality again. Yes! being free forever is so simple. Indeed, we live by the Word of God. May you walk in the liberty Christ purchased for you and experience this liberty forever in Jesus name. Amen!

    Desiring God earnestly: the pursuit of the man Devoted to Christ

    Heyyy family!! I’m so so excited about this episode. I’m sharing a message that God has been and continues to emphasize on my heart. It is about the pursuit of the man who is devoted to God - what does this pursuit really look like?  The answer to this question for you is a call to deeper devotion to Jesus. It’s a call to earnestly seek Christ and pursue Him alone.  Honestly, God is still teaching me about what this devoted man looks like and the testimony is that daily, I’m overwhelmed with a new depth of desire for my Saviour. I pray that a burning desire for God will be your testimony. I pray that as God knocks on the door of your heart and asks you to open the door for deeper intimacy with Him, you’ll say yes. I also pray that the Holy Spirit will give you the grace you need to seek Him so earnestly. I pray that your heart will be set on Him. That the subject of your affection, worship, and desire will be Him and Him alone, in Jesus name. Amen As you listen, I encourage you to reflect on your own pursuit of God and ask, ‘How can I grow deeper in my devotion to Him?’ ‘How can I be this person that He’s looking for?’ I really hope this message blesses you. It truly is my joy to be Gods vessel via a means I absolutely love — it’s true, God makes no mistakes. He’s made each of us with such intentionality… I should stop typing before a tear rolls out.  You’re loved beyond you know,  Shile!

    In this episode, I speak about why God put Love Therapy on my heart. I preface by reading a chapter from a book I'm absolutely in love with, More than my Scars, by the incredible Kechi Okwuchu. Kechi is a plane crash and a third degree burn survivor. In her book, she spoke of the special love her and her Mother shared, which strengthened her through her healing process. I thought there was no better segue to explain why love and why Love Therapy. Enjoy!
