Madness radio and Will Hall are a godsend for people who have reacted badly to medication or for whom it doesn't work at all. For whatever reason, psychiatry is an orthodoxy that most people do not question or even think about, but when you see that over 80% of the people writing the DSM V (mental health diagnostic bible for psychiatrists) have ties to the pharmacetical industry, and the drugs they advocate are only effective for 50% of people (when 40% get better on a placebo), you've got to question why drugs are always the first option every psychiatrist turns to for pretty much 100% of their patients. Great stuff Will!
