Extremely valuable and unique, a few tweaks would help
There are incredibly valuable insights offered in these podcasts and other material (book, etc.).
I do wish “y’all” would be restricted to one or two utterances an episode (you are speaking to me, not a wide audience), as well as less affirmations to each other (um hum, yes, etc.) - I feel like I’m listening to a tennis match at times with my “head” going back and forth! I suffer through it, however, as the advice is so valuable!
Extremely helpful for the inexperienced
I am a young and new manager who was given a great opportunity without any managerial experience and this podcast has been an absolute savour for direction and ideas on my path forward. Thank you for making me feel confident about my future and career!
