And of all the journeys I have been witness to, none have hit harder or been more personal to me than that of my beautiful wife Nicolette. Weight loss is a tricky beast at times and sometimes despite doing our best the results that we see are disappointing to say the least… Nicolette has been at her journey for years now. With mixed success in the beginning. Small wins and defeating losses. AND despite the difficulty of the path she stayed committed and has created massive successes and momentum forward. Almost 20 lbs lost now, and many inches of measurement! In this episode we chat about the feeling state at the beginning of the journey, the pains of the defeats along the way, Nicolette's major turning point and systems and tools with which somebody on a weight loss journey can use to begin and continue to make consistent and meaningful progress.     024. James Tyler - A Cure To The Toxic Relationship With Your Scale

    Welcome back to the show! This episode features my client and now good friend, James Tyler. In our 3 month journey together James has transformed his health and his life. During our journey we faced a significant hardship together regarding the scale. Although his weight went down, it didn't feel like enough. I am certain that MANY people have this experience... Doing everything right but, the scale just won't move. While coaching James I have learned so much as a coach, and those lessons include important tools that you can and should use to measure your physical transformation. There is so much to be said about James. He is an inspiration man. Hard working guy, loving father and husband, muay thai enthusiast and NOW, competitor...
