What a great cause and platform

It’s an exciting time...2019... with social media taking a lead for crusaders to spread positive, reinforcing discussions on mental health.. once deemed taboo, we have learned that people dealing with everyday stress, commitments, pressures to succeed and high expectations from peers, have a voice. It’s alright to say that day to day life is putting pressure on our youths, parents and even the elderly. These podcasts discuss issues that these people have gone through and survived. They have a place to express their feelings and what it was like when they were “ in the dark”, down and out or just alone. You aren’t alone anymore. I am proud of Dan for taking a lead in this great cause. He has given these amazing people a place to share their experience with others and in doing so, having more and more people come forward to be heard. It’s a healing process, an avenue, a voice. They are not silent anymore. No more being alone. They are being heard.
