Customer Reviews
Riveting
I’m totally hooked. Love the voices, the acting, the story.
Truly outstanding.
Mirrors is a truly unique experience. It completely ignores the same old machismo & conflict ridden tropes we find in so many SF works. Instead, we are offered a richly character driven trip into a dystopian future - one that is frighteningly plausible given our current capitalist societal values.
It’s a slower ride than many stories, but the eerie way it creeps into your brain is all the more effective, as it mirrors (no pun intended) the insidiousness of creeping societal dysfunction. So yeah, if it’s action you want, you may want to pass. I found it refreshing and compelling. As another reviewer said, it’s one I may well listen to again - and I’m a ruthless critic.
Mirrors is also professionally produced, well written, and perfectly cast. Each of the three main voices has her own clear voice and is compelling in her own way.
Well done, folks. ❤️
Worth multiple listens
For sure a show you will want to listen to at least two times. It’s a very good show if you like timey wimy stuff.
