Every week I look forward to Mondays to listen to the next episode of Modern Craftsmen as well as a few of my other top podcasts. As a fellow tradesman I really appreciate how the guys use their platform to broach any and all topics relating to the construction industry. A not so recent episode with Joe Kelly touched on financial literacy, a topic I think really needs to be discussed more in our industry because our time on the tools is finite and there needs to be an exit strategy.
