Lots of great info

If you’re looking for solid info in an interesting, even entertaining, way, Lee and Gray are here for you. I’ve actually listened to a few of these more than once because I want to retain all the nuggets they’re providing. I’m glad the 3 rd season is finally a ‘go’!

If You Get It, You Get It

Absolutely golden --- if you're ready for it. If not, it's just a bunch of very smart people talking about movement, health and fitness. But if you've been in the business of trying to help people for long enough and been challenged by the inherent obstacles that come with it, then every principle, every analogy and every proposed self examination is pure gold. Thanks again Lee and Gray.
