This show makes me so happy

Super disappointing

Looking for a good show with insightful commentary on musicals, you would think “MusicalSplaining” would be the one. Unfortunately this is anything but that. This is a compilation of highly subjective personal takes by people who do no research but what you could read from a Wikipedia page.

Utterly lacking in musical analysis, historical context, discussion of writers, production history, etc.

More aptly named “Off-the-cuff reviews of musicals by musical-haters”. This feels like the Ozzy Man Reviews equivalent of musicals, but less funny, misleadingly named and overall uninteresting.

Would advise skipping this show.

Fairly Meh Nowadays

I don’t understand what happened to this podcast. All they do is laugh, get super excited, go on random streams of thought, and say “like”. Liz Lemon, Angie is not. This show needs an overhaul. Bring back the bite.
