Surprisingly fresh, will give you true perspective on what’s important

Listen if you’re interested in a new kind of life - not a life filled with hustle, stress, and anxiety - but a life full of ease, perspective, wellness and purpose. In a world full of interview podcasts, NOW is surprisingly fresh & brings a new point of view that will actually challenge your habits and inspire you to change an old habit or change how you frame a problem. The intro sets the perfect tone: soothing & relaxing music. I absolutely love how Steve gets DEEP with his guests. No questions or topics are off limits. Uncomfortable, thought-provoking yet important discussions are the result. Chantal’s interview made me question my life purpose. Rick Ocean’s episode is my favorite: how often do two successful men talk about depression, therapy and self-awareness to the point of moving me to tears? Never. Steve asks an amazing question about legacy in each episode that will surely motivate you to reflect on the same question.

Completely natural

As a person who is constantly trying to consume content to learn, grow and be better. I find myself mindlessly listening to podcasts. As much as this podcast is useful and tangible, it also has a way of being more impactful, cohesive and frankly just more natural than others in the self help space.
It just feels right and feels pure.
