Q3. Should I pay someone to be a friend for my 14yr old son with Asperger’s who has no friends?
Q4. My 7 and 10yr olds make their lunch but still prefer to take the offerings from the fridge in the classroom meant for kids who can’t afford to bring one.

Dr. Amoneeta discusses the positive impact of beginning a meditation practice at the youngest of ages.
