Past Present Future
Past Present Future is a bi-weekly History of Ideas podcast with David Runciman, host and creator of Talking Politics, exploring the history of ideas from politics to philosophy, culture to technology. David talks to historians, novelists, scientists and many others about where the most interesting ideas come from, what they mean, and why they matter. Ideas from the past, questions about the present, shaping the future. Brought to you in partnership with the London Review of Books. New episodes every Thursday and Sunday.

The silent majority
17 nov.
I am about to listen to the silent majority show, and I am old enough to remember the original meaning, which is that all they did was vote. They didn’t go to town meetings, they didn’t answer opinion surveys or write letters to the editor, but they did always show up and vote.
Excellent podcast

I am no intellectual but I am a ruminator. For anyone who wants to think about commonly held beliefs, bad and good ideas, this is the show for you. My only question is, if we cannot trust our emotional responses, and our intellectual beliefs are all underpinned by biases, what do we trust about our engagement with the world, with people, and with ideas?
Interview with Rory Stewart

Excellent dialogue with thoughtful, in-depth discussions. I have heard several interviews with Rory about his book. They seem so superficial compared to this one.
One of the few podcasts I listen to

It’s not easy to find such an educational and entertaining podcast as this one. Well, I found one:) Truly thankful for your work! Kostiantyn
