pound the rock has everything you could want in an nba podcast. wolfond and cash have extensive ball knowledge, chemistry and personality. theyre funny, they understand analytics, and theyre not completely averse to narrative stuff when itll make for a fun conversation (unlike some of the nerdier pods). just a perfect balance of everything that makes discussing and watching basketball so fun and engaging, and the space will miss them immensely (until they find another home 🤞). ive never left a podcast review but this felt necessary considering how much joy theyve brought me over the past 6 years and how much ive learned about the sport from them. thank you!!
