    The Woman I Had to Become Before I Could Reclaim Her

    From the outside, my life looked successful. I had a career I loved, a wonderful family, amazing friends, financial stability, and a life many people would have been grateful for. So why did I feel so disconnected from myself? In this very first episode of Reclaiming Her, I'm sharing the story of the moment I realized that despite checking all the boxes and achieving many of the things I thought would make me happy, something was missing. We'll talk about perfectionism, people-pleasing, chasing external validation, and the hidden cost of living a life that looks good on paper but no longer feels aligned. Most importantly, I'll share the realization that changed everything: There was never anything wrong with me. I had simply become disconnected from myself.
