Ep 77: Finding the Gold in Your Broken Season: A Reading on Transitions

This week's energy reading pulled The Fault Line from The Wild Unknown Archetypes. Although this card appeared earlier in the year, its message has shifted. The energy is no longer pointing toward change. It speaks to a change that is already unfolding beneath the surface.  If you've been feeling unsettled, questioning your next move, or sensing that something in your business, career, or leadership can no longer continue as it has, this episode is for you. The Fault Line is a place archetype that reminds us the biggest shifts rarely happen overnight. They develop quietly over time until the moment they become impossible to ignore.  This episode explores why your nervous system often recognizes change before your mind can explain it, how chronic busyness can keep you disconnected from your intuition, and why delaying an important decision often creates more resistance than making one.  Emily also shares the deeper symbolism behind The Fault Line, the balance between structure and intuition, the Japanese practice of kintsugi, and practical ways to recognize the signs your body has been giving you all along.  If you've been feeling burned out, stuck between two paths, or carrying a decision you've been avoiding, this episode offers a compassionate reminder that your body holds valuable wisdom. Learning to trust those signals may be the first step toward building a business and life that feels more sustainable, aligned, and true to who you're becoming.    Resources + Links:  Soul Code Extraction → https://www.risetoher.com/soul ROOTED Membership → https://www.risetoher.com/rooted Burnout to Balance Free Mini-Course → https://www.risetoher.com/b2b-course Follow on Instagram → @risetoher   About Emily: Emily is an energetic leadership coach, energy worker, and host of the Rise to Her podcast. Ep 76: How to Use Desires to Rebuild Your Energy and Manifest Your Goals

This week's energy reading pulled Nectar from The Wild Unknown Archetypes, arriving during the peak light of the summer solstice. Nectar is a tool archetype. It represents restoration, desire, and the subtle forms of nourishment that sustain an ecosystem long after effort alone stops working.  If you've been carrying a vision, building a business, leading a team, or trying to hold everything together while chasing a goal that matters to you, this episode is for you. The Nectar card appeared at a moment in the seasonal cycle when everything is in bloom. The harvest hasn't arrived yet, but the energy required to get there has already been spent.  This episode explores why so many entrepreneurs and leaders have learned to distrust their desires, how hustle culture disconnects us from the body's intelligence, and why the senses may be one of the most overlooked tools available for decision making, creativity, and sustainable growth.  Emily also shares the deeper symbolism behind nectar, the role of support in building something meaningful, and a guided practice to help you identify what is genuinely nourishing you in this season of life.  If you've been feeling stretched thin, pushing harder without feeling restored, or wondering what would happen if you stopped overriding your needs, this episode offers a place to begin.  Resources + Links:  Soul Code Extraction → https://www.risetoher.com/soul ROOTED Membership → https://www.risetoher.com/rooted Burnout to Balance Free Mini-Course → https://www.risetoher.com/b2b-course Follow on Instagram → @risetoher   About Emily: Emily is an energetic leadership coach, energy worker, and host of the Rise to Her podcast. Ep 75: Good Girl to CEO | Chelsea Horton

So many of us spend years trying to be the version of ourselves that everyone else expects. We follow the rules, push through the anxiety, stay productive, and keep striving to be "good." Along the way, we can lose touch with our bodies, our emotions, and the parts of ourselves that once felt playful, creative, and fully alive. In this conversation, somatic coach and Healing Embodied founder Chelsey Horton shares her own journey from growing up in a shame-based religious environment to helping others reconnect with themselves through embodiment, nervous system healing, and emotional expression. This episode is an honest conversation about coming home to yourself, making space for every emotion, and reclaiming the parts of you that have been hidden by fear or conditioning. In this episode: • Chelsey's journey from worship leader to somatic coach and how deconstructing her beliefs changed her relationship with herself • Why anxiety is often a protective response instead of the problem itself • How creativity, movement, and embodiment can help process emotions that words cannot reach • The lasting impact of purity culture and "good girl" conditioning on women's relationship with their bodies • How expanding your capacity to feel grief, fear, and disappointment also creates space for deeper love, joy, and connection If you've ever felt disconnected from your body, struggled to trust yourself, or wondered why healing feels stuck, this conversation offers a thoughtful perspective on finding your way back to your own inner wisdom. Ep 74: How to stop “keeping the peace” and start speaking your unfiltered truth

You've been softening what you say publicly so people don't push back. You've been staying flexible in situations that stopped feeling okay a long time ago. You hit the goal and waited to feel relieved. You're still waiting, and the next thing is already pulling at your attention.  Emily Greenway is a burnout and stress coach for mission-driven entrepreneurs and creatives. She holds a master's in health behavior theory and blends behavioral science with spiritual and energetic practice.  This week Emily pulls Alethia, the Greek goddess of soul-level truth, and gets into why so many mission-driven people are exhausted from what they haven't said, not from how much they're doing. She talks about why your mission keeps coming out flat when you speak about it publicly, what it costs to keep having conversations you've already managed around for months, and how your body is holding all of it before your mind will admit it. She also leads a somatic ritual for feeling truth as a physical signal in your body so you can actually use it.      Resources + Links:  Soul Code Extraction → https://www.risetoher.com/soul ROOTED Membership → https://www.risetoher.com/rooted Burnout to Balance Free Mini-Course → https://www.risetoher.com/b2b-course Follow on Instagram → @risetoher   About Emily: Emily is an energetic leadership coach, energy worker, and host of the Rise to Her podcast. Ep 73: How to Trust your Gut Again When Stress Has Been Running the Show

What if the next breakthrough in your business isn't found by working harder—but by stepping into the unknown?  So many entrepreneurs stay stuck waiting until they feel "ready," chasing certainty and overthinking every next move. But the longer you cling to control, the easier it becomes to miss the signs, opportunities, and unexpected magic waiting just outside your comfort zone.  In this week's energetic reading, we're exploring The Forest archetype—a reminder that growth happens when you're willing to walk the pathless path, trust your intuition, and embrace play instead of perfection. If you've been hesitating on the thing you know you're meant to do, this episode is your invitation to take the first step.  BY THE TIME YOU FINISH LISTENING, YOU'LL DISCOVER:  Why discomfort is often the doorway to creativity, expansion, and the life you're trying to build. How fear disguises itself as "being practical" and keeps you trapped in old patterns. The difference between following external maps and trusting your own inner wisdom. A simple ritual to quiet survival mode, reconnect with possibility, and start noticing the opportunities already surrounding you.  The forest is calling—not because the path is clear, but because you're more ready than you think. Take the step, trust yourself, and discover what becomes possible when you stop waiting for certainty and start walking.  Resources + Links:  Soul Code Extraction → https://www.risetoher.com/soul ROOTED Membership → https://www.risetoher.com/rooted Burnout to Balance Free Mini-Course → https://www.risetoher.com/b2b-course Follow on Instagram → @risetoher   About Emily: Emily is an energetic leadership coach, energy worker, and host of the Rise to Her podcast. Ep 72: The Witch Within: With Barbara Burgess

In this episode Barbara and I talk about what it actually looks like to trust yourself when everything around you has been designed to make you doubt that instinct. We get into the word witch, what it's historically meant to label a woman that way, and why so many of us are still carrying the weight of that conditioning without realizing it. We talk about the small no's that lead to the big ones, how your body has been trying to communicate with you way before you were ready to listen, and what it costs to keep overriding it. In this episode: Why women inside high-performance systems keep trying to change things that will never changeThe body-based no that changed the direction of Barbara's lifeThe word witch, its history, and why reclaiming it mattersHow to follow the small no's before you hit the wallWhat enough actually feels like in your body versus what we've been told it looks likeBarbara's book and the sidewalk chalk moment that started it all If you wake up with your chest tight before you've had your first coffee, you've done every meditation and breathwork session you can find and your energy still feels like shit, and you can't tell anymore if what you're feeling is a genuine signal or just stress, this is for you! Ep 71: How to Use Contrast, Chaos, and a Broken System to Clarify Your Actions and Soul’s Purpose

The world feels heavy right now. The political climate, the burnout, the noise — and you're trying to build something meaningful inside all of it. This episode is about why that contrast is actually your most powerful tool for clarity.  We pulled the Gem archetype this week. Your inner treasure. The specific thing your soul was designed to do — not the version someone else's business model told you to chase, the real one. And finding it starts with understanding the difference between comparison and contrast, why the darkness in the world right now is producing signal if you know how to listen, and how the patriarchal operating system has been keeping you too depleted to hear it.  This episode gets into the biology of why comparison shuts your clarity down, how the Gem is produced in contrast (including the contrast of watching a broken system do its thing), and the practical ways to start decoding what's actually yours versus what's a core need running the show.  If you've been building from pressure instead of purpose, this is the episode.  In this episode:  What the Gem archetype is and why most of us have been looking for it in the wrong places The difference between comparison and contrast — and why one produces clarity while the other produces cortisol Why the political climate and the patriarchal system are the sharpest contrast available to you right now How to metabolize the darkness instead of being depleted by it The core needs cycle: how survival patterns masquerade as business decisions Three practical ways to find your Gem this week — including the irritation audit The divine masculine and feminine in building: why you need both and what breaks down without them Soul Code Extraction: what it is and when it's the right next step  Resources + Links:  Soul Code Extraction → https://www.risetoher.com/soul ROOTED Membership → https://www.risetoher.com/rooted Burnout to Balance Free Mini-Course → https://www.risetoher.com/b2b-course Follow on Instagram → @risetoher   About Emily: Emily is an energetic leadership coach, energy worker, and host of the Rise to Her podcast. Ep 70: Witness Consciousness: The Stress Management Tool Nobody Talks About

This week's energy reading pulled The Self from The Wild Unknown Archetypes, and it's one of the most direct cards in the deck for burnout recovery, stress management, and purposeful living.  If you've been running on empty, second-guessing what you actually want, or working harder than ever and still feeling disconnected from why you started, this episode is about what's underneath all of that. The Self archetype shows up as a human silhouette with a pearl at the center and a full rainbow behind it. No face. No features. Just presence and light moving outward from the inside. That image is the whole teaching.  This episode covers: Why burnout often starts long before your schedule gets overwhelmingThe hidden cost of constantly editing yourself to fit expectationsHow one simple question can instantly shift the way you handle stress and pressureA powerful mirror practice to help you reclaim your desires, confidence, and permission to grow If you've been feeling stretched thin, disconnected from yourself, or stuck waiting for permission to step into more, this episode will help you recognize what's been holding you back, and what changes when you stop shrinking yourself to survive. Topics covered: burnout recovery for entrepreneurs, stress management for leaders, witness consciousness, purposeful living, archetypal wisdom, nervous system regulation, burnout prevention, spiritual entrepreneurship, energetic alignment.  Join ROOTED, the weekly energetic container for leaders and entrepreneurs building from genuine alignment.
