Sauna Talks!

TALITY Wellness

Sauna Talks! is a podcast where we cycle between ice bath and sauna while attempting to have a conversation about anything that comes up during the elevated states of hot-cold cycling. Each guest will be pushed to their limits in hopes of breaking down any barriers to their authentic self, as we attempt to disclose their unguarded stories about health, wellness, business, and spirituality.

    Jaymie Friesen

Jaymie Friesen is co-founder of Azhen Sanctuary, a 160 acre off-grid wonderland just outside of Terrace, BC, boasting retreats, AirBnB, regenerative farming, and their very own hot-cold therapy spa much like our own. Jaymie has indigeneous routes and grew up in Langely, BC, at times running with a tougher crowd. Working his way through an angry childhood with bouts of mental illness, he somehow found his way into the entrepreneurial world. Having either founded or been involved with multiple entrepreneurial endevours in the past, Jaymie eventually decided to begin the adventure that is Azhen Sanctuary with his brother two years ago. The venture is very much in early stages, with some incredibly interesting methods to approach business and lifestyle. At the heart of it all, is the message that you can acquire land with zero money, then find ways to cashflow off the land, while also increasing the land’s value for your investors.
