Awesome pod thanks. And I thought it was a cracking idea to raise my hand in a Scrum V salute as suggested. Problem was I was halfway down a snow covered slope in the Rockies, lost my footing, and slid down 20ft on my rear end. Never any danger and nothing hurt but my pride. But it gave the people climbing the other way a great laugh!! Diolch. Andrew in Canada.

Best analysis of the Sonja McLaughlan situation I’ve heard. Delicately handled while still being insightful. GRO was bang on. I’d like to hear a bit more on the state of rugby outside of the current regions occasionally, and perhaps more on the Wales youth teams. Nicky’s analysis about the ‘Blues’ and their strategic direction made zero sense. I love to hear an occasional piece doing insight into the political elements of the sport in Wales.
