Seven Second Delay is a gem. Hosted by "Monk" executive producer Andy Breckman and WFMU's head honcho Ken Freedman, this show is not for everyone, but if you like absurd humour, quirky hosts, and train wrecks, then give this show a shot. One needs to listen to more than one show to truly understand how the whole thing works.
"Abysmal standards" is right!

I downloaded one show just out of curiosity and I could not believe how terrible it was. Seriously. There are so many GREAT podcasts "out there," I can't imagine why anyone would waste his/her time on this one.
