Just listened to my first episode and it’s all substance, and no filler. Part science, part spiritual. And maybe brain loved it. I think this is my sign to get more tattoos too.

I’ve been in therapy for a while in my 20s, and while I don’t necessarily need intense therapy now, I needed something like this in my life to keep working on understanding my brain and work on meditation and my emotions. This has been life changing and exactly what I needed in my life. The first half hour explains it scientifically, which feeds the logical part of my brain and the second part is working on the emotional part through meditation. The format works great for me. Thank you!
