    Dr. Russ came to us highly recommended by Gabby Reece and boy what a suggestion. The moment we connected, Chris and I knew we were in for a fun, informative and deeply authentic ride.  Dr. Russ LIVES what he teaches and his approach is a deeply integrated system that involves neurobiology, psychology and embodiment practices.
