Caribbean Coffee Ingredients 2oz Ten To One Dark Rum 1oz Mr. Black Cold Brew Liqueur 1oz Espresso 0.25 Demerara Syrup Pinch of Salt 1: PREPARE SHAKER Place cubed ice in a tin cocktail shaker 2: MIX INGREDIENTS Combine 2 oz Ten To One Dark Rum, 1 oz Mr. Black Cold Brew Liqueur, 1 oz Espresso, 1/4 ounces Demerara Syrup and a pinch of salt in shaker 3: SHAKE INGREDIENTS Shake all ingredients in the tin for 10-20 seconds 4: STRAIN COCKTAIL Using a double strainer, pour mixed ingredients into a Martini glass 5: GARNISH Dust with cacao powder for additional flavor and presentation.     Season 3 Episode 3: Night Caps and Parent Problems

    In this episode we mix up a "Night Cap" from www.liquor.com and then discuss a couple of parent problems. The first is a slobbish mom and a daughter who isn't sure how to address it and then a woman who after 7 months still hasn't met her boyfriends parents! 2 ounces Goslings Gold Seal rum (we used Kirkland spiced) 2 ounces cold brew-coffee 1/2 ounce grade A maple syrup Zest of 1 orange 1 dash Angostura bitters San Pellegrino tonic water, to top Garnish: orange peel Add the rum, cold-brew, maple syrup, orange zest and bitters to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass over large ice cubes. Top with the tonic and stir gently. Garnish with an orange peel. *Use your favorite bottled cold-brew coffee or make some yourself by soaking 140 grams ground coffee beans in a coffee filter with 32 ounces water for 12 hours. PEANUT BUTTER CUP MARTINI FROM SHAKEDRINKREPEAT.com Peanut Butter Cup Infused Vodka 1 cup Vodka 4 crushed Peanut butter cups Cocktail 2 ounces Peanut Butter Cup Vodka 2 ounces Chocolate liqueur 2 ounces milk 1 peanut butter cup for garnish Instructions Peanut Butter Cup Vodka Cut up the peanut butter cups, and add to a cup of vodka. Let sit for at least four hours. When ready to use, strain. (Alternatively, blend the peanut butter cups and vodka together, and use immediately.) Peanut Butter Cup Martini Carefully drizzle chocolate sauce into the martini glass, while spinning it by the stem. Place the martini glass in the freezer while you prepare the rest of the drink. Cut a very small pie shaped piece out of the peanut butter cup. Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Pour into the prepared martini glass. Place the peanut butter cup on the side of the glass to garnish.
