    80 - Kelsey R - Business and Marketing Coach

This episode is one I think every small business owner needs to hear! I sat down with Kelsey Reidl, a marketing strategist and entrepreneur who has such a grounded and refreshing approach to building a business. We talked about what she calls the 3Ms of Marketing — Mission, Mindset, and Main Ingredients,  and how each one plays a part in shaping not just your strategy, but your success and sanity as a business owner. Kelsey opened up about her journey from being a multi-passionate creative to carving her own path in marketing, and she shared so many insights that I know will resonate with anyone trying to grow something meaningful from the ground up. We dove into everything from influencer marketing and community building to the reality of showing up when motivation fades. Kelsey reminded me (and I think all of us) that marketing isn’t just about algorithms or ad spend, it’s about knowing your mission, trusting your mindset, and leaning into the ingredients that make you unique. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed trying to do it all or unsure where to focus your energy, this conversation will help you learn to simplify, experiment, and keep showing up! 75 - Align Body Mind with Michele Hopkins

This is the last episode of Season 4 – Thank you forfollowing for four seasons. In this heartfelt episode, I sit down with Michele—abeautiful heart-led entrepreneur who now calls Wiarton home. She shares her journey of building a wellness practice rooted in community, connection to nature, and the healing power of movement. We talk about her deep love fordance, yoga, and movement and how those practices are guiding her and the community of Wiarton. Michele opens up about the loss of her husband, Dennis, andthe way grief has shaped her path with grace and purpose. Her story is deeply moving and reminds us of the strength that can come from allowing ourselves to feel and heal. Before Dennis passed away, he built his dream home for Michele and their children on the Bruce Peninsula. We also chat about somatic practices, listening to thewisdom of the body, and the beauty of one-on-one healing sessions. Michele's approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded in care, and this conversation is such a beautiful reflection of that. When Michele talks of her community, it is wild to me thatshe just moved up here four years ago. She fully embraces small town life, small town entrepreneurship and I am so excited for the Bruce Peninsula that she is there.
