I am a long time learner of Spanish and I am excited about Story Learning because it is a new way for me to experience learning. The podcast is a fantastic place to hear and immerse yourself in the language. It feels natural and enjoyable and takes the brain on a journey and not a destination. Great for learning Spanish
I like the short length of the episodes (I can listen to it multiple times) and I like that the transcript is provided right in the podcast. The idea of having corresponding Instagram posts is brilliant. Highly recommended to anyone who needs more listening in their Spanish learning journey.
I’m making great progress with the story format
I’ve studied Spanish on and off for 20 years and the IWTYAL story-based approach is keeping me more engaged than any other system. But it can be hard to get audio and transcript of lots of stories to continue the learning. This podcast is a great addition, set at an early intermediate level, to practice reading and listening while adding vocabulary at a manageable pace. A little bit every day. And free!
