Suspense OTR

Loved it! It was a bit of a long listen for me but, it was certainly worth it!

The episode may be fairly interesting, but it seems as though there were two episodes being recorded in the same room at the same time, such that one either records over the other, or with the other running in the background. It makes it really difficult to tease the two apart, so that the listener cannot really immerse him or herself in the storyline. This particular episode may need to be re-recorded in isolation from other processes, so that there’s a clean copy available for the listener to hear. Episode “juvenile rebellion”, is of much higher quality.But there are piercing, irritating, creepy whispered ads which are physically painful to listen to. I’d like to take this series in, but between the poor quality and the negative experience of specific ads, the entire series gets a pass in favour of another that’s both much betterdone and not a total assault in the senses.

Every episode since the May 2023 or earlier has background noise as if there is another show playing at the same time in the background. It makes the main Suspense show unenjoyable and not playable. This shows that the uploaded does not do any quality control before broadcasting.

Please put out some episodes of Suspense featuring Boris Karloff or Orson Welles.
