Great Podcast!

I found this podcast a few months ago and have been binge listening to it ever since. The amount of information available is incredible and so key if you’re interested in taking charge of your triathlon training.

Great podcast for all athletes

Mikael’s podcast is a great blend of scientific knowledge and practical information. As a PhD student in exercise physiology, I love hearing the science behind training techniques! You definitely don’t need a scientific background to listen though. Mikael and his guests break everything down in a very easy to understand way for triathletes of all levels!
