Amazing podcast
Ill be honest each arc and campaign has its ups and downs but this podcast had probably the best and most iconic one liners and funny moments in d&d podcast history totally 100% worth a listen to no matter how much if a time commitment it is
So far… not impressed
Started listening at beginning of Steeple Chase. I have listened to a lot of other live play shows including a mix of different game systems. So far it seems they are not doing a good job adjusting to playing a new gaming format. The game play is clunky and dragging down the narrative. It is hard for me as a listener to suspend my disbelief and have any sense of immersion. Any efforts made in character development or world building are over shadowed by the game play not being run well. The players and the listeners could have benefited from a clear run down of the mechanics of the system being used before trying to hang live play and story on it.
So good!
Have loved this show from the get go. This most recent arc of steeplechase is one of the best podcast experiences I’ve had to date. Great job by Justin so impressive!
