Change your thinking to sustainable habits

Her content is great. It helps you to reform your perceptions of food and diet culture and gives you an (extremely) well-supported framework and instruction on how to gain control and comfort over your relationship w food. A must for anyone feeling like they are stuck, have no control or suffer from unhealthy patterns and personal points of view about eating.

Life Changing

I have listened to every single episode of the Balanced Dietician Podcast. Each episode is so informative and I learn something new every time, whether it’s about anti diet culture, gentle nutrition, self love, and/or health at every size. My favourite are the Journey episodes where people discuss their relationship with food and themselves before & after they ditched the diet for good! Highly recommend!
