Amazing

Great energy and info. Good to have a combination of psychology and nutrition in a dietician, especially one who can relate to people suffering from diet culture and eating disorders.

A breath of fresh air 💜

LOVE LOVE LOVE this podcast!
MP is truly amazing!

The guest speakers that she brings in, shows the community, it’s inclusivity and acceptance of each and every one of us as we are! Knowing we are not alone feeling the way we have been in a society where diet culture has corrupted our minds.

It is truly refreshing...breathe in the fresh air and exhale the damaging beliefs we were taught.

Bye bye diet culture... hello freedom and self empowerment; a world anti-diet.
