Whether you’re new to fitness or have been on your fitness journey for awhile, this is the podcast for you! Marissa and Christina are two very knowledgeable women who want to share their experiences and information. I look forward to each Tuesday when a new episode comes out. Very inspirational and informative. Keep the information coming ladies!!!
