    The Truth About Muscle Memory (Can You Really Get It Back Faster?)

    If you've taken time off from training — a few months, a summer, a year after a baby, time out for injury — you've probably thought: I'm going to have to start all over again. The science says otherwise. In this episode, Coach Chris breaks down the actual biology of muscle memory — not as a motivational concept, but as a documented physiological phenomenon happening at two distinct levels.
