Ultimately, every decision I made towards personal development was a step that got me closer to where I am today – the key was to allow my intuition to guide me towards my soul's purpose. And so, by the end of this episode, I'm inviting you to experience this beautiful meditation that will help tap into your awareness and remind you that you have all of this inside of you. Just continue to follow the things that light you up and know this is just another step in the right direction. When we meditate, we're putting ourselves in that energetic alignment and energetic vibration. We become more aware of what doesn't fit. And when we're in that space, we find clarity in everything we need to do, thereby leading us in the direction we want.     EP 06: Favorite Meditation Series: Meet Your Guardian Angel Meditation

    Today, I'm going to do a short meditation with you so that you can meet your guardian angel. If you are new to meditation, I hope that you will enjoy it, or at least give it a try.  There are so many benefits to having a meditation practice. I remember even at the very beginning of my journey, how sitting still was not my thing. I thought it was enough that I was being very present, and I was getting downloads. But this year, I realized how important meditation practice was for me, especially during my long battle with pneumonia. Meditation and breathwork gave me a baseline and I felt a connection that determined even my mood for the day and allowed me to connect to that vibration I wanted to stay in. It changed the game for me. If you can try to discipline yourself to start a meditation practice, you can work up to 10 minutes. You don't have to do it every single day.     EP 04: Favorite Meditation Series: Energetic Cord Cutting

    Energetic cord cutting meditations may be a practice that you are familiar with if you've been on the spiritual path for some time now. Whether you are seasoned or completely new to meditations in general you are going to love this once you try it! Through this mediation, you will work with the intention of becoming aware of your energetic field all while bringing it in, clearing, repairing and working on healing anything that no longer serves you. When working with others here in the physical realm and in the spiritual realm you can form an energetic bond or attachment during a session. It's also present in our day to day lives with our family, friends, lovers, ex partners and even people you meet for a moment. People send us energetic cords all the time and we may not even realize it. You are NOT cutting people out of your life by completing this practice, but you are being mindful of your energetic field and cutting ties with anything that is not in alignment with your highest good.     EP 03: 9 Ways to Create More Harmony and Strengthen Your Intuition

    Creating more harmony in your life and strengthening your intuition go hand-in-hand. When you're working on strengthening your intuition, you have to clear up your energetic space. Whether at your home or in a work environment, it's very important to be able to maintain that quiet space and do things that make you feel better to keep you in that high vibe space as much as you possibly can. You know how things could ebb and flow. Everybody's work situation is obviously different, as much as their home situation is as well. But you have to do what you can to make sure every moment feels good to you because this will help you along your journey. Whichever way you're able to get that done, know that you're the only person who's going to look out for your own best interest when it comes to maintaining your space – a space that is safe, supportive, and uplifting.  That being said, I want to remind you that you are not alone. We are all fully supported by Spirit and our guides. And so, it's just a matter of tapping into that connection.
