So one day Leo posted on his Instagram story and was asking people their opinions on him starting a podcast. Jerms saw the post and said “if you do, let me get on an episode. Leo replied “nah, let’s just do it together”. The Couch Podcast was then born. This is just two great friends coming together each week to recap their weeks, talk about the madness that occurred prior, tell personal stories, joke with eachother and just have a few drinks and enjoy what they’re doing. Throw on your headphones, push a tourist out of the way to catch your train, or just sit on the couch and enjoy the show.

    The Many Squids Of Newark

    Today the guys come together to talk about the most popular things right now. Squid Game and The Many Saints Of Newark. Squid Game quickly became the biggest Netflix Original and we can see why. It’s been 14 years since the Sopranos series finale and everyone was so excited for Many Saints of Newark. The guys break down bro the show and the movie, talk about theories they’ve heard and which ones they believe, rate both titles and express their love for Sopranos. The main topic of discussion was of course Donda. Jerms and Leo usually agree on things, but they just couldn’t come to the same conclusion. Jerms is also ruining childhoods with his deciphering skills.     Mental Health Check

    This episode was something that felt necessary to do. As Jerms gets ready for his vacation, the guys come together to talk about their own mental health and things they see in today’s society. Mental health is a topic that should be spoke about a lot more, especially for men of color. Although we joke around on every episode, we want everyone to know that we love you guys and we’re always here for everyone. For all the kings out there in love eachother, appreciate eachother, help eachother, uplift one another. We’re literally all we got in this world.
