Listening to these podcast really help to build a fire Inside me that I haven't had in years. I have signed up for my first Triathlon (Calgary 70.3) and this podcast is a tool I use to get motivated and gets tips of how to be successful. I am obsessed and I find it incredible how Greg can get all of these elite athletes to come on the show and give up so much Information and tricks to trade.
