Such Great Actionable Advice.

A friend turned me onto this podcast & I’ve never been so thankful. Truthfully, I typically don’t even listen to podcasts. I LOVE how Amy keeps it real and discusses things in ways that are so relatable and never, ever in a pejorative way. I’ve literally only listened to a handful and I intend on making my way through the entire library. Thank you to Amy (and Mr. Smith!) for dedicating some of their lives, well-being and free time to give people constructive, actionable advice FREE of charge. Much love from Toronto!
