Customer Reviews
Informative and accessible
Kim just finished your latest episode on finding your people - glad you are one of mine! I look forward to tuning in each week for a refreshing look on health and fitness.
Great Message
Kim’s approach to being healthy and body size is so sensible and freeing. Her message is so important for all woman to hear. We do need to break the diet culture cycle. Look forward to many more episodes.
Love this
All women should listen to this podcast. This is just what I need to hear! We all focus too much on the physical body and need to think about the body as a whole, and love it for what it can do, not what it looks like. Kim is right, it doesn’t happen overnight, but she is helping me change my perspective. Thank you so much!!!!!
