Motivation mentors

Every time I listen to one of Kim’s podcasts I am so filled with information and feel instantly better. This podcast has really grounded me and has really helped me this week to feel a bit better and to try to teach myself more responsibility and adding on accountability to myself. About a
month ago I tried to become and this podcast has tried to make me more accountable but with this podcast and listening to others it has made me realize that if I cannot become accountable for myself for it and I cannot find reasons to be able to try continue on with it and fight to do it I need to find something else and I need to try something else. The multiple messages coming from this podcast really make you think of all aspects of your life to try to be able to better yourself and try to become more accountable in your everyday life. When Kim talked about her taking away coffee as a consequence for not working on her program that really made me think a bit on myself and has applied to my life in the guide that I want to follow so now if I don’t follow my guide everyday that I don’t follow it whether I was tired or couldn’t get to it, I will add on an extra hour of school work which doesn’t seem so big, but trust me it’s exhausting 😂 but that will be my new challenge for the next few months. Thank you both for challenging my brain to become more responsible for what I begin.

Binge-worthy and FULL of great tips!

I can honestly say I have NEVER had another podcast set to play episode after episode like I do with Kim Constable.
I love the longer “conversations” she has with her listeners: she is honest and funny and unapologetic and she gives it to you straight. The episodes are the perfect length for a slow cardio session or just a good jaunt with the dog.
The topics Kim discusses hit a chord every time...I dare you to listen to an episode and see if you DON’T take away a valuable nugget on commitment and persistence, prioritizing, managing your time, changing you mindset about what’s possible, and planning for success.
This is more than a podcast by a vegan body building superstar...this is a weekly lesson shared by your uber successful, sharp-tongued and devoted bestie on how to live your best life.
