Christians, CERB, and the Kingdom Call to Work
The Canadian government just announced an extension of the Canadian Emergency Response Benefit (i.e. CERB) for an additional eight weeks. It will be tempting for many to delay/avoid going back to work and instead take advantage of this program. However, Pastor Jeff shares a vision for the kingdom call to work that should animate every Christian who can work to do so. In Christ, work/service becomes one of the most powerful means through which Christians can honour God, bless their communities, and strengthen themselves.

The politics of Jesus series
Pastor Strong is a great teacher whose teaching style is to “ understand the perspective of the other!” This perspective allows a refreshing glimpse of the Canadian political system without the baggage of one political allegiance colouring his podcast. I’m looking forward to following this, it promises to be thought provoking and informative.
