The Plant-Based Academy by: Active Vegetarian
Our philosophy is simple; If you take care of your body and mind, cleanse yourself of accumulated toxins and take steps on a wellness journey, at your own pace, your body will start to respond in a positive way and heal itself. The journey should include a healthy - preferable plant-based diet, mindful movement, connection with nature, plenty of sleep, clean water and quietude. Through the Academy we hope to inspire and support you on this healing journey by sharing tools with you, that have helped us on our path.

Listen to this while walking, love the information and the positive attitude. This has helped with meal prepping and grocery shopping as a vegetarian!
Not impressed

After a few minutes I had to switch this off for 2 main reasons: I did not feel the speakers know what they're talking about beyond surface-level common knowledge and two, they're not very engaging speakers. I do admit I listed for less than a minute though, so I may give this another try and revise my review.
