Quieting, Not Dieting: coaching to help us get unstuck in food and health

Have you ever felt like you know what you should be doing for your health, but somehow you just can't seem to make it stick? Maybe you've tried diet after diet, spent way too much time thinking about food, or found yourself caught in the cycle of restriction, guilt, overeating, and starting over. In this episode of the Dwelling & Dish podcast, I'm back behind the microphone, and I have some exciting updates to share! I've officially completed my health coaching certification, I'm welcoming my first founding coaching clients, and Dwelling & Dish is now also listed as a Plantrician Provider. But more importantly, we're talking about why so many of us feel stuck when it comes to food and health. In this episode, we'll explore some of the beliefs that can keep us spinning our wheels: “I just need more discipline.”“I need to find the perfect diet.”“If I can't do it perfectly, there's no point.”“I should be able to figure this out by myself.”“My health needs to become my entire life.”What if those stories aren't helping you? What if you don't need another diet, but instead need to quiet the noise, develop sustainable rhythms of nourishment, and have some support along the way? That's the heart behind my new small-group coaching experience, Quieting, Not Dieting. We'll talk about food noise, health goals, navigating the holidays, sustainable nourishment, and making meaningful changes without turning health into another source of fear, guilt, or perfectionism. Because at Dwelling & Dish, I believe health should support a flourishing life, not control it. It's not just about what's on your plate. It's about nourishing the dwelling and the dish. Ready to learn more?If you're tired of starting over and you're ready for a different approach, I'd love to have you explore Quieting, Not Dieting and see if this founding group might be right for you.
