The Most Inspiring Business Podcast

There are few influences that have honestly transformed my life as much as Jerry Colonna. He’s a brilliant father, business leader and coach, integrating both the realistic wisdom gained from his diverse work life, with the lessons he’s learned from a spiritual life involving depression and Buddhism. The conversations shared in this podcast will change you from the inside out, making you a better leader, better parent, a better business owner, and a better human being.

To Be a Fly on the Wall

In this remarkable podcast, we enjoy a front-row seat to witness an intimate discussion between an entrepreneur or business leader, and her/his learned coach Jerry Colonna. The discussions may surprise the listener - while starting with the typical business-speak of launching a product/service, fund-raising and financial projections, they quickly turn to the personal concern and insights of the coach for his client.

Colonna is a master at observing body language, seeing behind the polished veil of the entrepreneur's grit to quickly move them towards reflection, uncovering underlying motives, values and beliefs. I feel like I'm being coached myself, as I relate to, sympathize with and celebrate the entrepreneur/leader's new found truth.

Colanna's philosophical perspective woven with real-life business experience is unlike any podcast I've listened to. We should all have Jerry in our corner. One of my most cherished listens every week. Thanks to the team at Reboot!
