Man who speaks from experience
Hey fellow runners. I am John from Vancouver, a marathoner, and always looking to up my game, get tips from a real pro. Coach Jeff is that kind of guy, who you instinctively like from the first time hearing him "Bang away" at his show, as he takes you along on an often social run in his locality of Australia. He inspires you, he's willing to reach out to help you, and is the kind of guy you would want to share a drink with, or toe the line with. Great show. Thanks for making it my friend.
