This podcast makes my heart happy
I feel so seen by this podcast. I’ve loved romance novels forever and deeply appreciate the way Stephanie and Helen take unapologetic ownership of this entire genre. Also, putting on an episode is a cue for immediate and real out-loud laughter. Highly recommended, ten rooms with only a single bed out of ten
“Women getting what they want and not dying at the end”
Really, I need to say more after that title?
Well strap in (or strap on!) for a wild ride of comedy and feminism folx! I honestly don’t like romance. Or novels much for that matter. But Helen and Stephanie make me want to read about combustable horses and uncivilized beings on ice planets! Are ice planets real? Why is there a ‘shifter’ category in romance novels? Am I missing out on something? I feel like I’ve been made privy to information I still don’t know if I want to know. Anyway, hilarious and I look forward to more!
