What’s up Rockstar Therapy bros. Just wanted to say all your episodes are so helpful and a big shout out to all of the people who have come on and shared vulnerably, I wish you all the best in healing, gaining strength and becoming your true authentic selves. I was featured on episode 204 and I’m thinking about coming on again. Episode 250 was extremely helpful. I myself found myself being codependent and interdependent if that’s possible. Im wondering how attachment styles also fit into relationship styles. If a person is interdependent does that mean they will always have an avoidant attachment style and if they’re codependent does that mean they’re always anxiously attached? Tyler, Brannon keep doing what you’re doing, it’s extremely helpful.

I loved the episode with PJ….. her story is so different from mine yet the feelings of being to much/ over the top and yet never good enough was something that resonated with me. I heard her heart in having a good man, but not having her needs met. It’s hard to be in a marriage like that. I appreciated her opening up, sharing and getting vulnerable. I could hear her take accountability for her actions as well and I admire that. We all have choices to make and some of them are not the best but I could tell she is working hard in own recovery. Inspiring!
