Places words when you feel like there are none.

This is an incredibly important podcast to listen to—not to feel shame, but just be aware of how not aware you may be. There are issues in this country, no doubt, but to tell a respectful well-crafted story and to give the truth the weight it deserves is difficult. This podcast hits all the marks.

Incredibly one sided

There is no doubt that racism occurs to aboriginals, however I would like to have heard the other side perspective as well. With all the millions the bingo and gas stations used to make (quoted in the podcast) before the bridge fire. Why does this not go to the teenagers and young adults to buy a home so that the aboriginal students could stay there and then have a respected elder in the home to supervise and support these kids.

Addictive

I lived in Thunder Bay for 2 years in the early 2010’s. It was the scariest place I have ever lived and I was introduced to a world the majority of the country has no idea about. This podcast is spot on and I would love to hear more. There are a lot more stories this city has to share.
