But investing in our health is the most important thing. There is nothing more important, and you don't realize that until you hit the darkest steps of your Hashimoto's diagnosis.

Where to Start When You're Overwhelmed with your Hashimoto's Diagnosis

Where to Start When You're Overwhelmed with your Hashimoto's Diagnosis

In today's Thyroid Strong solo shortie episode, I sit down to talk about where to start when you feel overwhelmed with your Hashimoto's diagnosis or when you don't know where to start. I share the Big 3 Trigger Trifecta's of Hashimoto's: Genetics, Leaky Gut, and Stressors including emotional stress, environmental stress, and trauma. I like to start with the hierarchy of treating thyroid hormones, adrenal issues, and gut health first before addressing sex hormones and insulin resistance. But before addressing these, you need to get your foundational health right including: how you're eating, how you're working out, and how you're sleeping.

Solid Info, No BS

Whoa. There is so much great information in this podcast without any of the fluffy, fad-driven BS that comes with a lot of wellness podcasts, blogs, etc. The guests are legit and I love the presentation. Definitely a must listen if you're looking for info on training, rehab, or diet.
