People wrongfully thought Jesus was being punished by God for his own mistakes, but he was actually being crushed to pay for our wrongs. The speaker states that this prophecy is fulfilled through the suffering, death, and resurrection of Jesus, which brings healing and wholeness to everyone who believes.
