Big fan of the TRW podcast!

Best podcast for running motivation (or just motivation in general!) The host, Hilary Spires , and her guests are very inspiring. The stories are wildly impressive and somehow relatable.. even to the ears of a casual runner or someone just getting started. Guaranteed you’ll learn and laugh a lot. (Hilary and Tory are friggin funny!). Do yourself a favour and keep this podcast on rotation at all times. Love it!

I’m not a huge podcast listener, but this is the only podcast that I refuse to miss an episode. This is a must listen to anyone who loves running, adventuring, being outside, being a mother, a friend, sister, or even if you don’t love those things but want to! This podcast highlights inspirational women from all walks of life, discussing the good, bad, ugly, funny, sad, happy. This podcast will be the best part of your day. Guaranteed.

Hilary provides a thoughtful and fun interview style. She talks to real people that all trail runners can identify with, wherever you are in your trail running journey. Listening to the podcast is like running with friends. And the occasional words and sounds from her toddler are very sweet too!
