In this podcast a bunch of very trained and very experienced psychologists and I discuss the mental barriers that keep us from living a life we want and we love based on our own definition of happiness.     Anxiety 101

    Welcome to Anxiety 101. This is the first episode of the series dedicated to anxiety. Throughout the series, you will learn about what anxiety is, how to deal with it and use it to your advantage. We all feel anxious sometimes. Problem is that it pushes some people forward and make others feel completely paralyzed. Anxiety is enmeshed with many other feelings which can create an unsolvable puzzle at times.
